In this month’s Business Book of the month episode we discuss “Start With Why” by Simon SinekEssentially Sinek says that most businesses have it back-to-front. They start off by selling WHAT they do, then say HOW they do it differently and then they ask for the sale. He says that most successful businesses do it the other way round. The successful businesses start off by sharing WHY they do what they do.
